The Artisan Palate represents artisan food and artisan food producers at trade, consumer, and corporate events; conducts artisan food demonstrations; organize tours of artisan food production sites; and writes promotional copy.

At every event, our goal is for Tasters to walk away with:

• A phenomenal taste experience with words to describe aromas and flavors
• A handout with product highlights, including where to buy or inquire about it
• At least one recipe using demonstrated food
• A better understanding of why artisan food is so special

At every event our goal is for Producers to gain:

• New, intrigued customers (e.g. Exposure to new markets)
• Product demonstration by knowledgeable, engaged and dedicated people
